  Arrived to pick up 2 birthday cakes as scheduled at 11:30 am. It's now noon, and there is no one in the shop. Someone didn't show up yet to open up the store.

  Great icrle cream, although the place is always under staffed. Line is always going out the door and you can't help but feel bad for the single employee trying to accommodate everyone's orders.

  I sent my husband on the day of my twins birthday to pick up two personalized cakes. One Spiderman, and a Hello Kitty. Not only was the store not open when they told me they would be open to pick up the cakes, but they didn't have the order. They did end up giving us plain cakes for free, but it was after I had my husband say something. I had two unhappy children!
